Have you been curious about meditation but felt unsure where to begin? This beginner-friendly group is designed to make meditation approachable, accessible, and practical for everyday life.
Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve focus, develop mindfulness, or simply create a little more space for yourself, this group provides a supportive environment to learn and practice together.
Each session includes a guided meditation experience, education on meditation techniques and mindfulness practices, and time for questions and discussion. Participants will learn simple tools that can be incorporated into daily life to support emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, and greater self-awareness.
This group is ideal for:
• Individuals who are new to meditation
• Those who have struggled to maintain a meditation practice
• Anyone seeking greater calm, clarity, and presence
• People interested in personal growth and self-discovery
No prior experience is necessary. There is no need to know how to "clear your mind" or meditate perfectly. Meditation is a practice, not a performance, and all are welcome exactly as they are.
Come learn, practice, and explore the benefits of mindfulness in a welcoming community setting.
Please bring a cushion, yoga mat, or chair preference if desired. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
