Step into a deeply restorative experience hosted by Legacy of the Rose and guided by founder Ashley Hallman. This private sound bath is designed to help you slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
Using crystal sound bowls and the immersive sounds of nature, you’ll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation where your mind can quiet and your body can fully unwind. Each session is intuitively led, creating space for whatever you need, whether that’s grounding, emotional release, or simply a moment to breathe.
